FDA Approved TechnoRoasting is a unique, chemical free combination of our technology and our proprietary process, which seals-in the essential minerals, B-vitamins, antioxidants, dietary fiber and micro-nutrients in their naturally occurring, synergistic relationship.

It simultaneously neutralizes the excess acid and bitterness, while improving the taste. no other coffee roasting process accomplishes this. The pH acid is also naturally reduced to a 6.18 level which is over 35% lower than national brands. The low pH acid content combined with no bitterness yields a supreme unadulterated, quality coffee that is 100% natural without the use of additives or preservatives.

HealthSMART uses only USDA certified, Fair Trade, and Colombian Organic coffees. We are currently introducing Organic Swiss Water Decaffeinated coffees, Espresso, and other specialty coffees not available from any other roaster.

Full Extraction
The TechnoRoasting process enables the coffee bean to surrender all of the coffee essence and coffee solids, leaving the grounds tasteless. This results in using less coffee grinds to yield more cups of coffee. Ten and a half ounces of HealthSMART coffee yields more than 119 – 6 ounce cups of coffee compared to the 30 – 34 cups yield of most other brands. (The yield of 90 cups is usually for the less expensive Robusta coffee).

For years, consumers have been misled by the advertising of so-called healthy drinks whereby during roasting and brewing, the high temperature dissipates the nutritional value. HealthSMART’S roasting process is more precise, combine that with the special attention paid to the growing soil and the fertilizers used and HealthSMART coffees deliver more of these nutrients than can be found in any competing coffee and it is healthier than any cocoa, red wine, orange juice or tea regardless of color.

Each brewed mug contains between 4% and 22% of the Daily Value for 11 vitamins and minerals and it is the most antioxidant rich coffee.
